Carbon Audits

We have finally recieved confirmation that the three main carbon calulators available to farmers have agreed to harmonie their methodology, this will make is the widely variable results which are currently produced from inputting the same data into each calculator more understandable.
This is a significant breakthough as the Scottish Government has now confirmed that The Agricultural and Rural Communities (Scotland) Bill will become law, and part of the recently updated Agircultural Reform Route Map changes for 2025 may require you to have a Carbon Audit to claim your BPS payment.
We are currnetly completing Carbon Audits for clients and there is presently £500 of funding available to your buiness towards the cost of this.
