Agricultural Vehicles on Public Roads - know the rules!

You must notify the police within 2 working days if your agricultural vehicle exceeds the following:

🚜Width - > 3m and
🚜Distance - Travelling > 5miles and/or
🚜Speed - on a road with a speed limit of <40mph or,
🚜Projection - >4m (front or rear)

Or simplify the process and arrange a "Agricultural Dispensation" allowing you to move agricultural vehicles up to 4.1m wide without notification.

🚜Please note the dispensation is only valid within a 20 mile radius of your operating base
🚜An attendant must accompany the viable if >3.5m wide
🚜Dispensation must be renewed on an annual basis
